I started STC after seeing how projects can go wrong when the engineer’s voice isn’t heard early enough. Too often, I’d come into a project only to patch over problems that could have been avoided if we’d just sat at the same table from the beginning.
I knew there had to be a better way to work with architects and builders — one built on proper collaboration, less ego, and more respect for each other’s roles.
That’s how our values were born. For me, it comes down to three simple things we stand by in every project: Collaboration, Clarity, and Confidence. They’re the way I want this company to operate, and the way I want our team to show up for every client.
